Made-to-Order Merchandise

Our shirts and hats are made to order specifically for our customers. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your Newberry Cattle Co. merchandise! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once your order has entered production, cancellations may no longer be possible.
